Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the contribution of electronic administration to improving the quality of services in the biometric department of the municipality of OmDrou, in the state of Chlef, using the Servperf model and measuring quality through its five dimensions (response, reliability, tangibility, safety, empathy), the information was collected by distributing a questionnaire to easy sample consisting of 124 individuals, we concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship between electronic management and each of the dimensions of reliability, response and safety.

As for the dimension of empathy and tangibility, there is a weak direct relationship between them.
