in parallel with Algeria's endeavor to encourage investment in start-up companies, which have become the model for projects that rise the economy, and within the framework of establishing a legal system for it, the legislator decided to allocate this form of commercial companies, which is represented by simple joint-stock companies, to start-up companies, limiting their establishment by institutions that obtained a license this sign.

by extrapolating the provisions of this company, we find many characteristics that were developed to suit the nature of start-ups, which was developed to suit emerging institutions, through which the legislator tried to simplify this legal form in many aspects to encourage young investors to adopt it, and perhaps the closest of these characteristics, although the most related approaches to start-ups are those related to the capital and the simplification of their administration and management.
