God almighty legislated the borders as a mercy of creation, and charity to them, and to preserve their necessary interests, and for this he wanted the punisher for people for their sins to mean that charity to them and mercy to them as the father intends to discipline his child, and as the doctor intends to treat the patient, so he does what achieves restraining and deterrence for those sins, the calamities of felonies are multiple and from these calamities come down medical anesthesia when establishing the border and retribution, which must be talked about, and highlighted and talked about in this research about medical anesthesia for retribution and borders in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system, the importance of research lies in the fact that it relates to the human body and because many people wonder about the legal ruling, and the system in these matters, which are considered calamities and emerging facts, it was necessary for the people of knowledge and students to research and scrutinize these issues and derive legal rulings for them enlightened by the purposes of sharia and its general rules, and one of the results reached at the end of this research is the inadmissibility of anesthesia in the skin limit and the permissibility of anesthesia in cutting a limit and for cutting a retribution it is permissible subject to the consent of the owner of the private right.
