The right to development is considered one of the rights of the third generation of human rights, that is, collective rights, or rather, solidarity rights.

the center of development is the human being, which is its goal and tool at the same time.

the goal of development is to reduce poverty and eliminate fragility and deprivation in its entirety, and the basic human development indicators (individual income, health and education), and raising its level can only be achieved with the participation of the person himself, knowing that the state has the responsibility to activate and implement the right to development, as confirmed by the united nations declaration on the right to development issued by the general assembly of the united nations on 04 / 12 / 1986.

therefore, an observer of the ongoing major discussions will notice how the right to development has become a constitutional issue, and thus human participation in development results in the society’s right to fight corruption, as development cannot sprout in an environment infested with corruption, nor do corruption policies allow the establishment of real development in society.
