Measuring performance is a very important process that allows a company to know the level of achievement of its goals and failure; we aim through this research paper to know the interest of Algerian industrial companies in this process, by looking for their degree of application performance indicators.

We have reached through a survey study we conducted on 46 companies, that their application of performance indicators is generally low; and that there are differences in the level of their use due to the ownership and the size of the company, while there are no differences due to a competitive position or obtaining a quality management certificate ISO 9001.
