تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد كفاءة و تغيرات الإنتاجية للقطاعات الزراعية باستخدام مؤشر مالموكيست معتمدا على أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات لدول البحر الأبيض المتوسط خلال الفترة الممتدة 2000/2017، وتوصلت الدراسة من خلال مؤشرات الإنتاجية الكلية إلى أن دول المنطقة تتسم بحداثة و عصرنة القطاعات الزراعية لها، مقابل ضعف في الأداء و الممارسة، و تعتبر فرنسا رائدة في المنطقة من حيث مؤشر الإنتاجية، كما أن اسبانيا و المغرب رائدتين في المنطقة من حيث مؤشر التغير التكنولوجي و تغير الكفاءة الفنية.
و اقترحت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في توليفة الإنتاج الزراعي للمنطقة حتى تحقق أفضل كفاءة فنية
Abstract EN
The study aims to determine the efficiency and productivity changes of the agricultural sectors using the Malmquist index based on the method A for the countries of the Mediterranean 2000/17, and the research concluded that the countries of the region are characterized by modernity and modernization of their agricultural sectors, in exchange for weakness in performance and practice, and France, Spain Morocco is a leading country in the region in terms of productivity index, technological change, change of technical efficiency.
