إن التأسيس الدستوري للأمن البيئي من شأنه تعزيز الحماية الإنسانية، و تقويض الإجرام البيئي وحماية الأمن والوحدة الوطنية، قصد تأمين بيئة طبيعية ملائمة و متوازنة في قيمتها الذاتية، وفي سبيل ذلك كرس الدستور الجزائري لسنة: 2020 بموجب مادته: 21 الاعتراف الضمني بالأمن البيئي، و الذي لاحظنا أن أبعاده غير كافية لمعالجة متطلبات الأمن العام في ظل الظروف الراهنة التي تشهدها الجزائر، وفي سبيل ذلك حاولنا تتبع النمط الدستوري على اعتبار قوته الإلزامية، قصد ضبط مقتضيات الأمن البيئي المعاصر، وضمان حماية بيئية أمنية في الجزائر
Abstract EN
The constitutional establishment of environmental security from the perspective of protecting public order is a contemporary approach that would protect security and national unity, and basis the Algerian constitutional founder implicitly recognized this approach, according to Article: 21, whose dimensions we noticed were insufficient to address the requirements of public security in light of the current circumstances.
