The article deals with the phenomenon of melody ; in terms of the linguistic and terminological concept, and how was the view of the applicants ? likewise, the modern intellectuals view it as a mistake in the language, and a lack of culture, as it is a hybridization of a building and a misleading meaning, and despite that, we find it widespread in the official cultural milieu and others : such as administrative documents, scientific councils, and linguistic communication ; both spoken and written.
