The Quantification movements in the nineteenth century, which were distinguished by the use of experimentation and measurement in the field of psychology led to the emergence of educational and psychological tests and standards as parametric methods that enable the daring of concepts and express them metrologically, which gave these sciences the character of accuracy, daring and the parametric feature, but it is worth noting the extent of the validity of these tools for measurement, and the extent of validity of the results that are drawned from it through the measurement process, This is what we will be exposed to by presenting the psychometric characteristics that express the quality of psychological measurement tools, so that the results drawn from them can be adopted.
