The current research aims to identify the level of administrative empowerment among the central tires in Somik Company in Sonatrach and to reveal the differences in the administrative empowerment due to gender, seniority and educational level.

Therefore, the researchers applied the descriptive approach.

After answering the questions, a set of results were achieved: there is an average level of empowerment among the central tires of the company, there are no statistical differences in empowerment due to personal variables (gender, seniority, educational level).
