تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل وضع سوق المحروقات في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق إلى حجم إنتاح الوقود السائل (البنزين و الديزل)، و الأسعار المحلية المطبقة مقارنة بتكاليف الإنتاج، و كذلك واقع محطات التكرير المختلفة و آفاق الإنتاج المستقبلية في ظل تزايد الطلب المحلي على الوقود.
و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الطلب على الوقود في الجزائر سيزداد بشكل معتبر خلال السنوات القادمة و حتى آفاق سنة 2030، بسبب توسع حظيرة السيارات و زيادة الطلب الصناعي و الزراعي على هذه المواد الحيوية، و قد ينخفض الطلب بعد سنة 2030 بسبب توجه الدولة إلى دعم السيارات الكهربائية و الاستثمارات قليلة استهلاك الطاقة الأحفورية.
Abstract EN
This research paper aims to analyze the situation of the fuel market in Algeria, by addressing the volume of liquid fuel production (gasoline and diesel), the applicable local prices compared to production costs, as well as the reality of the various refineries and future production prospects in light of the increasing domestic demand for fuel.
this study concluded that the demand for fuel in Algeria will increase significantly in the horizons of the year 2030, due to the expansion of the car park.
increasing industrial and agricultural demand for fuel.
demand may decline after 2030 due to the state's tendency to support electric cars.
orientation towards investments with low consumption of fossil energy.
