The state seeks, through special programs, to employ and integrate young people, and fiscal policies are used to support a specific sector by raising, lowering, or imposing taxes and fees on it, as is the case in formal vocational training and apprenticeship, which came to encourage economic institutions to form their workers and accept apprentice youth within the framework of state assistance in providing work positions or at least preserving them, and thus the institutions that do this are exempted, and we have tried through a case study in the MAGSETIFEL institution to show the importance of training for the institution and its preservation of its workers, and then we analyzed the statistics of the tax revenue of the official vocational training and apprenticeship at the level of the tax center in Setif since the years of 2019-2022.
