Abstract EN

Improving technological innovation in startups is a main goal to achieve success and continuity ; therefore, it is necessary to conduct a diagnosis of innovation ecosystem, by following the degree of providing tools and mechanisms to run such diagnosis.

this study dealt with aspects of the requirements for improving technological innovation within the Algerian ecosystem during 2022, by presenting and discussing solutions and agreements taken by the ministry of startups.

the results indicated that that there are great efforts to provide an appropriate ecosystem to support technological innovation, however there are some obstacles in application prevent the achievement of the anticipated success.
