This study aims to identify the relationship between the cultural environment and the actions of Adrar state users from their point of view, the results of the study showed that there is a correlation between the cultural environment and the behavior of users of Adrar state from their point of view, and that there are no differences in the total degree of the cultural environment according to the gender variable.

while the study found that there were statistically significant differences in the overall degree of behavior of users of Adrar state from their point of view in favor of females.
