This research aims to demonstrate the statue of the woman under the global system or what is called globalization; this last has done many changes to most areas of life.

So that the contemporary world stands in a position of confusion and astonishment in front of the acceleration and succession of changes that it touches individuals, people and nations so that no one stay away from its consequences, perhaps woman is the most affected by its consequences.

Through this paper we deal the statue of woman under the global changes by defining the concept of the globalization, and displaying the situation of women under this global system.
