The issue of abortion is of great importance due to its widespread spread in parts of the world، despite the severity of the punishment، the severity of the harm، and the bitterness of the effects.

It is also a very dangerous and complex social phenomenon for social، economic، legal، ethical and medical reasons and factors، because it involves the loss of the human soul، and for this reason، Islamic law has given great attention.

For human life in general and the life of the embryo in particular، through what was stated in the Holy Qur'an of Quranic verses and the honourable prophetic hadiths contained in the fragrant biography so the opinions of Islamic law jurists oscillated to abortion through before and after the breath of the soul into the embryo، as well as between what is strictly forbidden and what is permitted.

Permissibility of an urgent necessity according to specific conditions، and abortion has many effects and social and health damages، such as the spread of immorality، pornography، and others in society or on women، such as inflammation of the uterus and its rupture، bloody bleeding، high deaths of mothers and embryos، and other harms.
