L'apparition des NTIC comme un élément de base dans le savoir-faire de la gestion des ressources humaines, est une préoccupation primordiale pour toute les institutions désirant rendre leurs organisation et leurs gestion plus cohérant et plus performante, ainsi de s'adapter aux changements que connais l'environnement et aussi atteindre les objectifs stratégiques.
Dans cet ordre d'idées, notre présente étude s'articulera autour des NTIC et leurs impact sur la performance des salaries.
Dans cette recherche on a essayé de montrer l'impact des NTIC sur la performance des salariés en focalisant sur les études antérieure
