Private wastes are a type of waste that requires special treatment in their management and removal, and the State must endeavour to develop an effective policy and strategy that ensures proper management and disposal, given their nature; as well as its name and gravity, on the environment and on human health.

Dealing with them during their management and functioning must be subject to special legal rules and procedures to ensure the protection of human health as well as the achievement of the environmental dimension of sustainable development.

Through this study, we try to highlight the stages of the management of private waste and its implications for the environmental dimension of sustainable development.
