This study aims to analyze the evolution of the legislative and institutional framework for the prevention and fight against corruption in Algeria 2004-2023.
The research is based on the historical method, the content analysis of regulatory documents, political speeches to analyze the process of evolution of the concept and the role and functioning of the institutions created for this purpose.
There has been abundant development in the legal and institutional framework relating to the prevention and fight against corruption in Algeria since the ratification of the 2004 UN Convention against Corruption and the promulgation of Law No.
06-01.
The previous anti-corruption strategy adapted with the mechanisms of governance, but it lacks mechanisms for its implementation.
Law 22-08 ended up constitutionalizing and endowing the High Authority with prerogatives of controls, the strengthening of mechanisms of accountability, transparency and moralization of public life.

Cette étude vise à analyser l'évolution du cadre législatif et institutionnel de la prévention et lutte contre la corruption en Algérie 2004-2023.
La recherche s'appuie sur la méthode historique, l'analyse de contenu des documents réglementaires, discours politiques pour analyser le processus d'évolution du concept et du rôle et fonctionnement des institutions créent à cet effet.
On constate une évolution abondante dans l'armature juridique et institutionnelle relative à la prévention et lutte contre la corruption en Algérie depuis la ratification de la convention des NU 2004 contre la corruption et la promulgation de la loi n°06-01.
La stratégie anti-corruption précédente s'est adaptée avec les mécanismes de la gouvernance, mais elle est dépourvue de mécanismes pour sa mise en œuvre.
La loi 22-08 a fini par constitutionnaliser et doter la Haute Autorité par des prérogatives de contrôles, le renforcement des mécanismes de la reddition de comptes, de transparence et de Moralisation de la vie publique.
