منظمة الصحة العالمية يبلغ عدد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في العالم مليار شخص أو ما يقرب من 10٪ من سكان العالم.
حسب التعداد السكاني لمصر 2017، فإن عدد الأشخاص الذين يعانون من صعوبات (بسيطة إلى مطلقة) يبلغ عدد السكان 10.67٪ من السكان.
و من هنا فإن الإشارة إلى النسبة المئوية تشير إلى نسبة الإحصاءات العامة و الإحصاءات في مصر 4.04٪ من إجمالي عدد السكان و نسبة عالية.
اهتم رئيس الجمهورية بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة 10 لسنة 2018 و قانون المجلس الوطني للاكتتاب 11 لسنة 2019.
مبادرة الرئيس للاكتشاف المبكر و علاج الضعف و فقدان السمع للأطفال حديثي الولادة أطلق الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي في سبتمبر 2019 مبادرة للكشف المبكر و علاج ضعف السمع و ضعف المواليد الجدد في جميع محافظات الجمهورية كمرحلة واحدة.
تحت شعار "100 مليون صحة" الذي يستهدف جميع المواليد الجدد.
تهدف المبادرة إلى اكتشاف و معالجة ضعف السمع و فقدان المواليد الجدد من خلال فحص السمع للأطفال في 1300 وحدة صحية منتشرة في جميع محافظات الجمهورية.
يستهدف الفحص الأطفال من سن 3 إلى 7 أيام.
الطريقة المستخدمة : استخدم الباحث أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين في المراكز الصحية و التي يبلغ عددها 6 مراكز صحية بمحافظة أسيوط-مصر، و بلغت العينة 520 و تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفترة من أول مارس حتى تاريخه.
نهاية مارس 2021، خلال الإغلاق الجزئي في ضوء وباء Covid-19 النتائج :-غياب عامل اجتماعي و عمل اجتماعي داخل المراكز الصحية (حتى وجود أخصائيين اجتماعيين يقومون بأعمال إدارية).- نقص ممارسي الطب المجتمعي في المراكز الصحية.
Abstract EN
World health organization the number of people with disabilities in the world is one billion people or approximately 10% of the world's population.
according to the population census of Egypt 2017, the number of people who suffer from difficulties (simple to absolute), and the population is 10.67% of the population.
hence the reference to the percentage refers to the percentage of general statistics and statistics in Egypt 4.04% of the total population and a high percentage.
the president of the republic was concerned with the rights of people with disabilities 10 of 2018 and the national underwriting council law 11 of 2019.
the president's initiative for early detection and treatment of weakness and hearing loss for newborn babies president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi launched an initiative in September 2019 for early detection and treatment of hearing loss and impairment for newborns in all governorates of the republic as a single stage, under the slogan "100 million health", which targets all newborns.
the initiative aims to discover and treat hearing impairment and loss in newborns through a hearing examination for children in the 1,300 health units spread across all governorates of the republic.
the examination targets children from 3 to 7 days old.
the method used : the researcher used the comprehensive social survey method for workers in health centers, which number 6 health centers in Assiut governorate-Egypt, and the sample amounted to 520 and the study was applied in the period from the first of march to the end of march 2021, during the partial closure in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
results :-absence of a social worker and social work inside the health centers (even the presence of 2 social workers doing administrative work).-lack of community medicine practitioners in health centers.-rural pioneers in health centers are doing outreach roles without receiving the necessary training.-the total and partial closure during the COVID-19 pandemic has led to great caution and emphasis on precautionary measures in getting children to receive the scheduled vaccinations on time.-with strict precautions taken, the audio logical survey of children was carried out with great caution.
