Sign Language is one of the most important methods of communication for the deaf child, and one of the most important bridges that connect him with his Family his community and his surrounding environment and since sign Language has a prominent , role in the life of the deaf and hard of hearing child the researcher conducted this study , which aims to know the extent of the effectiveness of sign Language in teaching our deaf children and improving their level of communication, as the study was conducted on a sample of audiologists speech therapists and special education specialists with a total number of ( 300 a male and female specialists, with ( 200 ) audiologists and speech therapists and (100) special education specialists, where the researcher used the questionnaire tool in this study, and the descriptive analytical approach was used Also the researcher used a number of statistical methods including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, relative weight pearsons correlation coefficient, alpha cronbachs reliability coefficient, and the stability coefficient by half halves method_the results indicated the effectiveness of sign language in teaching our deaf children and improving their communication skills significantly.
