This study aims to know the impact of the dimensions of total quality management on the functions of human resources management (HRM) in the National Oil Corporation in Benghazi from which a simple random sample of (100) employee.

The study found that the level of application of total quality management in its four dimensions represented a high level in the institution under study, and the results showed that there is a positive relationship to the application of total quality management on the functions of human resources management, and the results also confirmed the existence of a correlation between the dimensions of quality management.
