Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the reality of the application of total quality management in the College of Science and Technology Sebha from the point of view of the faculty members and administrators working in it.

The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection, and a random sample of (175) was selected.

Then (152) of the distributed forms were recovered, i.e.

(87%), and then (31) forms were excluded because they were incomplete.

The statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used to enter and process data, and test hypotheses, and the study concluded that the degree of application of the dimensions of total quality management is high.

With a general average of (3.52), the total quality management dimensions were arranged in a row (continuous improvement, senior management commitment to quality, focus on the customer “the student, strategic planning, focus on the process), and that there is a significant difference in the practices of the dimensions of total quality management in the College of Science and Technology Sebha according to personal variables (type - job title) and there is no variable for years of service.

The study concluded several recommendations, including the permanent work to spread the culture of total quality in the college, which is the best way to achieve outstanding performance and continuous improvement.
