The theory and process that perpetuates hate speech, and develops a practical vision that can be applied under the current circumstances, addresses the obstacles objectively, and presents practically applicable solutions, by stating the sources of hate speech, naming things by their names, and anticipating what efforts should be made to ward off this speech.
