The phenomenon of hate speech occupies sane people all over the world, because it carries within it a great afflictions, and crises that may disrupt the interest of individuals, groups and contries, because the intended intentions of this kind of discourse is to exllude the other in any possible way, the first level of whom adopting this discourses is to spread the sprit of hate speech against individual then to proceed to the next steps of incitement, violence, displacement and murder, and the one who ponders the Qur'anic discourses finds that it has special methods in responding to such discourses regardless of who i twas issued from, and responds with what he deems appropriate with the most rationality and justice in judgment and moderation in any matters.
