The effective role of artificial intelligence in the business environment has made it the focus of the organization's attention, especially since the applications associated with it are on a path to compete with the human mind, this study comes to play the role of change in the organizational culture to embrace the transition to artificial intelligence in organizations and highlight the challenges facing the idea of transformation and its requirements.

The study concluded that the application of artificial intelligence with its various technologies is a cultural and intellectual issue above all.

The current study proved that the most important challenge facing the success of adopting these technologies lies in changing the organizational culture.
