Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the most important determinants that contribute to the return of workers injured due to work accidents to work activity.

The results extracted from the review of previous studies indicated that the best treatment for the phenomenon of acquired disability is early return to work, by planning recovery programs, and studies also indicated that return Work has a set of determinants, the most important of which must be identified in order for the rehabilitation and recovery programs to be successful, and the most important of these determinants were addressed through this study, which were the personal characteristics of the injured worker, medical treatment interventions and working environment conditions.
