Abstract EN

This study seeks to identify the reality of the application of knowledge management in the Algerian economic institutions with a field study in the Ramy Food Company.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting the data that was analyzed by relying on the Statistical Package Program (SPSS).

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the company under study provides the method of knowledge management in the average and does not rise to the required level, and this is due to the poor availability of its management requirements, flexibility of the organizational structure, organizational culture that encourages learning, innovative leadership initiative, providing an appropriate development environment Technology, encouraging workers to share and manage knowledge.
