Adapted education is one of the therapeutic pedagogical solutions that the educational system has come up with, in order to overcome educational problems such as school delays and failures, and to work to solve them and ensure optimal care for pupils with educational difficulties, and has opened sections of adapted education in many states of Algeria across different primaries, in an attempt to generalize the use of this type of education, and provide assistance to late school students, hence our current study to learn about the adapted education among the legislative texts developed by The Ministry of Education and the actors in the adapted education, and between the actual application of these leaflets through the presentation of local models, consisting of several Algerian states (Bouira, Tlemcen, Adrar, Ouargla and touggourt)
