Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the extent of the impact of electronic training on the job performance of the employees of Optimum Telecom Algeria “GEZE” in light of the Corona crisis.

The study was conducted on a sample of 44 employees of Geeze Corporation.

The study relied on a questionnaire to collect data, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) system.

The study concluded that e-training helps improve the job performance of employees during the Corona crisis at GEZE Corporation, and also revealed a statistically significant effect between e-training and job performance based on the correlation coefficient, due to the study variables.

In light of these results, the researcher recommended the need to pay attention to training the human factor on the use of modern technologies, and the need to encourage local and internal innovation.
