Abstract EN

The study aimed to test the impact of participatory leadership on creativity at the sonelgaz foundation-Skikda.

the descriptive and analytical approach was relied on in order to describe and analyses the phenomenon studied, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting primary data.

the study population included all officials and leaders in the institution under study of which the number was 70 and the questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 41 officials.

one of the most important results of the study is the existence of a positive impact of participatory leadership on creativity through the dimensions of delegation of authority and human relations at the sonelgaz foundation-Skikda.

therefore, the study recommended the need to pay attention to supporting participation in decision-making at the level of the institution, because it is no less important than the delegation of authority and human relations in developing creativity among its employees.
