Oversight is intended to verify the laws' violation of the constitution in preparation for not issuing them if they were not issued, repealing them, or refraining from applying them if they were issued.

Oversight on the constitutionality of laws aims to prevent the issuance of legal texts that violate the constitution, and therefore it is a means to protect rights and freedoms from any breach or assault.
