يهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على ملمح وظيفة تسيير الكفاءات البشرية على ضوء تبني المنظمة للمواصفة الدولية لإدارة الجودة ISO9001 في نسختها الأخيرة (2015)، من خلال إسقاط مبادئ هذه المواصفة على وظيفة تسيير الكفاءات البشرية بالمنظمات؛ وقد توصلنا إلى أن تبني و التزام المنظمة بهذه المبادئ من شأنه إحداث تغيير جذري في آليات تسييرها لهذه الكفاءات، و الاستفادة من بنودها و متطلباتها التي يمكن أن تمثل نموذجا متكاملا في التسيير الحديث للكفاءات البشرية داخل المنظمات
Abstract EN
This research work aims to put the accent on the function of human competence management within an organization that adopt international specifications of quality management ISO9001, the last version (2015).
It consist of applying the principles of these specifications in the functioning of human competence management.
We have found out that the adoption of these principles and the commitment of the organization contribute to make a deep change of management mechanisms and take advantage of its terms and requirements, it create an integrated model for human competence management.
