It is one of the pillars of the three components of the state, especially the components of the human race or the people.

For this reason, the comparative legal systems were keen to regulate the issue of nationality and its provisions, And to protect the Palestinian nationality, especially in light of the political complexities experienced by the Palestinian people and its citizens, and therefore we had to shed light on how the Palestinian legislator to regulate the laws of Palestinian nationality, and how sufficient To address the major problems in the contemporary Palestinian reality, and to legislate laws that solve the great obstacles of Palestinian statelessness, and the lack of clarity of the means and conditions of granting and acquiring them under the current situation.
