Abstract EN

This research paper sought to highlight the role of supervisory agents of administrative bodies in eliminating the phenomenon of fraud, in order to protect the economic public order as one of the main priorities of the Algerian legislator.

It was necessary to address the bodies authorized by law for quality control and the suppression of fraud at the central as well as the local level, and to be exposed to the procedural aspects of the process, with the help of field statistics provided by the head of the fraud suppression department in the Directorate of Commerce in the state of Mascara The study concluded that the procedural aspects of quality control and fraud suppression lack efficiency and effectiveness, which should be remedied in the future in order to achieve economic security.
