Abstract EN

The urgent need to create legal security is a result of several factors which affected the stability of legal centres.

Since the instability of legislation and the vagueness of some of its rules lead to infringing the rights that legislation seeks to protect.

After setting the elements which constitute law security, a jurisprudential view expressed that those elements are unique to the common law, and as such, it is not possible to apply them on the law of contract given the different nature of principles ruling both laws.

However; the need to validate the elements of law security leads to the search of the suitability of those elements to the requirements of the contract stability in order to ensure the contractual security and stabilize statuses.
