Summary: The dependence of the successive governments of the Algerian state on oil rents led to counterproductive results and dire consequences for the national economy, which necessitated the search for sectoral alternatives to hydrocarbons, including small and medium enterprises, which many countries relied on and achieved significant economic growth and diversification through raising the level of Productivity in all work and activities, creating new job opportunities and contributing to the diversification of production in addition to increasing the ability to compete.

However, the reality of the economic institution in Algeria has not yet reached the level that would ensure the achievement of the desired goals.
