This study aimed to highlight the necessity of Dependence on Shared competencies in order to reach the successful application of knowledge, by dropping the field study of the Research and Development Center at the Sidal Complex, depending case study technique, using the questionnaire as a tool to gather information, It was distributed to 90 Researcher, and the number of retrieved questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was 80 questionnaires, Several statistical methods are used in the statistical analysis of the information, have used SPSS.

Was concluded result at that the existence of a positive relationship between Shared competencies and Knowledge application.
