Abstract EN

This article aims to highlight how the ence of dyadic adjustment affects the appearance of trichotillomania in married women.

To achieve the objective of the study, we adopted the clinical approach using the case study technique through the clinical interview, the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders to diagnose trichotillomania and the dyadic (conjugal) adjustment scale of Spinner.

The results show that poor marital adjustment has a negative impact on the health and psychological life of married women and therefore leads to the (trichotillomania).
