The science of urbanism and architecture, among the sciences, considered as a mirror reflecting a set of preventive and curative techniques, ideas, and procedures, upon which urbanism and architecture relies in order to establish themselves and their entities.

Islamic urbanism and architecture are not deviated from this talk, and by tracing their related matters, we find that they have scientific, intellectual and islamic religious foundations on which they are based.

Understanding the islamic jurisprudence cases differs in matters of architecture and urbanism according to the existing data and conditions.

For example, the countryside urbanism and architecture is one kind of islamic urbanism and architecture, upon which is subject to Islamic jurisprudence and the provisions of Islamic Sharia, according to what the circumstances require and the reality of living in the tribal countryside.
