Preserving this heritage has become an inevitable necessity in light of the challenges of globalization and the creeps of progress on historical monuments without a truce or relentlessness and without supervision or accountability, contrary to what the developed countries seek to preserve and pass it on to future generations in the best way, And because of its great role in achieving economic, social and environmental recovery.

The aim of this research paper is to shed light on the reality of cultural heritage in Algeria and what are the effective methods and means to value it and protect it from fading and decay by adopting a policy based on the revival and development of the tourism sector
