Maritime collision is one of the most significant maritime accidents due to the special attention it has received, both in terms of international treaties and comparative national legislations, this has led the Algerian legislator to make the content of maritime law in relation to maritime collision provisions; what was stated on the Brussels convention of 1910 for the unification of certain rules of law with respect to collision between vessels.
