تهدف هذه الورقة إلى مناقشة المفاهيم المرتبطة بالتمويل الرقمي والشمول المالي، ودراسة العلاقة بينهما، إذ يتمتع التمويل الرقمي بالعديد من الفوائد على مستوى الأفراد، والاقتصاديات والحكومات.

يعتمد التمويل الرقمي على تقنيات متعددة منها المنصات الرقمية، التكنولوجيا المالية الحوسبة السحابية.

حيث يسعى التمويل الرقمي إلى تسهيل وصول الخدمات المالية الرقمية إلى كافة الفئات بما فيهم الفقراء والمحرومين وأينما وجدوا.

فالتمويل الرقمي يسمح بتحقيق الشمول المالي وتحسين المستوى المعيشي للأفراد وتحقيق الرفاه الاقتصادي الشمول المالي عرف تطورا ملحوظا في السنوات الأخيرة عبر العالم لكنه يبقى دون المستوى المأمول في المنطقة العربية.

English Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the concepts related to digital finance and financial inclusion, and to study the relationship between them, as digital finance has many benefits at the level of individuals, economies and governments.

digital finance depends on multiple technologies, including digital platforms, financial technology, and cloud computing.

as digital finance seeks to facilitate the access of digital financial services to all groups, including the poor and the disadvantaged, wherever they are.

digital finance allows achieving financial inclusion, improving the standard of living of individuals and achieving economic well-being.

financial inclusion has witnessed a remarkable development in recent years across the world, but it remains below the expected level in the arab region.
