تهدف الدراسة إلى تشخيص تداعيات أزمة كوفيد-19 على السياسة الطاقوية بالجزائر، و تبيان خصوصية السياسة الطاقوية الوطنية وكيفية تعامل الحكومة مع الأزمات.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن رهانات و تحديات السياسة الطاقوية بالجزائر، مرتبطة أساسا بتقلبات أسعار النفط و غياب الفعالية الطاقوية، كأحد ركائز بناء نموذج طاقوي مستدام يتعامل مع الأزمة
Abstract EN
The study aims to diagnose the repercussions of the Covid-19 crisis on the energy policy in Algeria, and to show the specificity of the national energy policy and how the government deals with crises.
The study concluded that the stakes and challenges of energy policy in Algeria are linked to fluctuations in oil.
prices and the ence of energy efficiency as one of the pillars of building a sustainable energy model that deals with the Covid-19 crisis
