يعتبر جسم الإنسان معصوما و محصنا ضد المساس بسلامته بأي شكل من الأشكال، بينما يعمل الطب على المساس بجسم الإنسان من أجل الحفاظ على سلامته، لذلك فإن مبدأ حظر التصرف في جسم الإنسان يكون نسبيا في حدود ما يسمح به القانون للطب من تدخلات، في ضوء قواعد طبية و شرعية و اضحة، و هذه الحدود لا تزال تثير العديد من الإشكالات من الناحية الأخلاقية و الطبية و القانونية و الشرعية، تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيين حدود مبدأ حظر التصرف في جسم الإنسان، و تبيين نسبية هذا المبدأ

It is forbidden to harm the safety of the human body in any way, while medicine is to harm the human body in order to maintain its safety.
Therefore, the principle of preventing harm to the human body must be within the limits permitted by law, and therefore there are clear medical and legal rules, and these limits There are still many problems from the ethical, medical, legal and legal.
This research aims to clarify the limits of the principle of prohibition to dispose of the human body, and to show the relativity of this principle.
