Artificial insemination is a modern medical technique brought about by the scientific development of the medical field, the latter of which will address infertility and illness that hampers the process of pregnancy and childbirth by natural means.

Since this technique is essentially linked to the human body, it is not envisaged that it will be launched or randomly, but that it will be conditionally restricted.

Given the human right to physical integrity against harm, the various laws set out certain conditions and controls governing the Artificial insemination process.

In turn, Algeria's legislation stipulates these controls in the Family Code and the Health Code, which stipulate the conditions that must be observed during the use of this technique, with a view to providing effective protection for the human body
