في هذه الدراسة الموسوم بـ: "عائلة بن كوجك علي و مكانتها في بايليك الشرق آوارخر الحكم العثماني من خلال الوثائق الارشيفية" نهدف للتعرف بعائلة بن كوجك علي التي تولت منصب باش كاتب الباي منذ عهد صالح باي(1771_1792م)، وفي هذا النطاق برزت العائلة و لعبت دور الوساطة بين الباي و العناصر الفاعلة في إدارة بايليك الشرق كشيوخ القبائل و مركانتي في عنابة، كما تأتي العائلة قيد الدراسة في المرتبة الثانية من حيث عدد كبار الكتاب ومدة الخدمة بعد عائلة بن جلول، سنعالج الموضوع من خلال الاطلاع على مجموع من الوثائق الارشيفية التي كتبت في تلك الفترة و التي تعرفنا على ملكيات العائلة و اوقافهم، و تعطي فكرة واضحة عن الامتيازات التي تمتعت بها، و علاقاتها بممثلي الإدارة في البايليك، فدراسة مسيرة عائلة بن كوجك علي يمكن أن تساعد على فهم تأثيرهم في آواخر القرن الثامن عشر و مطلع القرن التاسع عشر في حدود ما وفرته الوثائق التي في حوزتنا من معطيات، و التي كشفت لنا أن هذه العائلة تمكنت من فرض نفوذها محليا لمدة عقود من الزمن مستفيدة من خبرتها في منصب باش كاتب، و تمتعت عائلة بن كوجك علي بمكانة و صلاحيات مكنتهم من بناء علاقات مع أطراف إدارية خارج مدينة قسنطينة، مكنها من التعرف التأثير في دواليب الحكم في بايليك الشرق.

Abstract EN
In this study we aim to identify the Ben Kojak Ali family, who held the post of bash kateb of the bey since the era of Salih Bey, and within this framework the family emerged and played a role in mediating between the bey and the actors in the administration of the Beylik of the East, such as the elders of the tribes and my place in Annaba, and the studied family ranks second in number of senior writers and in seniority after the Ben Jelloul family Which introduces us to the family properties and their endowments, and gives a precise idea of the privileges it enjoyed and its relations with the representatives of the administration of the Beylik.
The study of the history of the Bin Kujak Ali family can help to understand their influence at the end of the 18th century and at the beginning of the 19th century within the limits of the documents provided s in We have data, which revealed to us that this family was able to impose its influence locally for decades, benefiting from its experience in the position of Bash Kateb, and the Ben Kojak Ali family enjoyed prestige and powers.
