Abstract EN

In this research paper, we are looking at the value dimensions of the question in Islamic law, so we defined the question and mentioned its importance, characteristics and controls; and we reviewed the most important controls to be observed during accountability and discussion, to clarify the problem that we raised: does the question in Islamic law have specific controls Or is it permissible to leave the mind on its own, asking what seemed to him, discussing and discussing What are the value dimensions of the question in Islamic law And what impact does it have on people's reality, we used the deductive and analytical approach, and we concluded in the results of the study that: the question is originally a request for knowledge, research and investigation, and there is no knowledge without a question, it is an introduction that fixes the result; and that it has several characteristics that are inseparable from it, or the question is divided into two parts in the Sharia, and that it has several value dimensions that are formed in the latter to draw clear contours of the moral system contained in the Sharia.
