Abstract EN

This research deals with the reporting of corruption crimes in Palestinian legislation in order to identify its legal nature through analyzing the legal provisions governing the reporting of corruption in the Palestinian anti-corruption law.

it also compares it with the relevant provisions on reporting corruption in Kuwaiti legislation.

research is thus presented on what is the reporting of corruption crimes and its legal basis; it also had legal implications for the average individual, public official, defendant and accomplice to corruption crimes in each of the legislation in question.

the study had concluded that there were deficiencies in some of the reporting provisions in Palestinian legislation and the consequent impact of such inadequacies on the foot of reporting corruption, which had contributed to the development of findings and recommendations.
