Through this paper, we aim to reveal that the functional circulation in the expression of the Qur'anic discourse is the necessary rules for the compatibility between the actions of the saying and the requirements of its own positions, where it always observes the close relations between deliberative, semantic and grammatical, the collector among them the level of direct context, until pragmativeism became a common denominator between the structures of grammatical, semantic and rhetorical communication.
